great service, but limited amenities
The staff accommodated my late check-in time, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. The Standard Queen Room was clean and well-organized, ensuring a comfortable stay. I appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the team, as they clearly care about their guests' experiences.
The amenities could be improved, as there were few options available for relaxation and entertainment.

During our two-night stay, we appreciated the comfortable air conditioning and the modern room amenities. The staff was helpful in providing dining directions, making our trip even more pleasant. However, the lack of places to hang clothes was slightly inconvenient, although it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The Standard Queen Room felt recently remodeled and was equipped with modern appliances, complemented by comfortable furnishings. The high bed provided a restful night's sleep. However, the low-value nightstands seemed mismatched with the overall quality of the room. While cleanliness was evident, better seating in the common areas could enhance the experience. The fresh fish served was a delightful highlight, showcasing the culinary standards guests can expect.

We had a pleasant time at the motel. The kids loved swimming in the pool after our outings, and the spacious rooms allowed us to relax. We even took a short drive to the nearby Sycuan Casino, when we managed some adult time. It was fun for everyone!
My wife says that the noise from the neighboring rooms was disturbing. More soundproofing or quiet hours would have made it better for families.

Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, comfortable air conditioning, and tv. The staff helped me with dining directions on my first stay, which was nice. I’m coming back for a holiday!

The lack of hangers in the room was unbelievable!!! The deposit handling was confusing and left me feeling cheated!!! Smoking odors seeped through walls, making for uncomfortable nights!!! A sketchy clientele really made the atmosphere uninviting!!!

Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi, but the room was pretty dirty.

The location offers easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The new management is in the process of upgrading rooms, which could be a sign of improvement going forward.
The room situation was alarming, with an unexpected occupant present upon check-in. The shower had no hot water during a chilly stay, and the shower head was hanging on by a thread. The floor was cracked and dirty, and there were issues with stains on towels. Additionally, the ever-present noise from outside made it hard to relax, especially with unsettling incidents during the night.
